Job summary

Chrome Hearts is seeking a Tree Up - Wax technician to duplicate metal jewelry sculptures. You will assemble multiple wax patterns onto central runners, ensuring secure attachment and accurate placement. You will inspect wax patterns, weigh components, and collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes.

Strong manual dexterity and teamwork are essential. This role supports quality control, documentation, and compliance, with safety as a priority in a fast-paced jewelry

Qualifications

• Some experience in jewelry production (wax injecting) preferred.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or other related fields preferred.
• Familiarity with wax injection and/or casting tools and equipment preferred.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and tools is a plus.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Ability to work well in teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble multiple wax patterns onto central wax runners to form tree assemblies, ensuring secure and accurate attachment.
• Inspect wax patterns for quality compliance prior to assembly.
• Accurately weigh and record wax components to meet production standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve tree-up and mold preparation processes.
• Inspect metal castings for dimensions and surface finish; verify quality.
• Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) to detect defects in finished goods.
• Use precision measuring tools to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Maintain records of inspections, tests and quality results.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality trends, non-conformities and corrective actions.
• Support audits with accurate documentation.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance throughout QC process.
