CoWorx Staffing Services in Westfield, MA, is seeking a Waxer Operator for a full-time position in a manufacturing facility. The role offers a 4 days on / 4 days off rotation with 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM–6:00 PM and 6:00 PM–6:00 AM).

The pay is $17.50 per hour, with built-in long breaks and opportunities to contribute to production quality and efficiency. Responsibilities include setting up and operating wax coating equipment, inspecting products, interpreting schedules, calculating material

Qualifications

Manufacturing experience preferred.
Ability to work 12-hour shifts and stand for extended periods.
Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.

Responsabilités

Set up, operate, and adjust wax coating and production equipment according to manufacturing orders and production requirements.
Inspect and test products for quality, appearance, and compliance with specifications.
Review and interpret manufacturing orders, production schedules, and work instructions.
Perform routine calculations to determine wax and material requirements for production runs.
Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain efficiency and quality.
Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
Conduct routine inventory counts of production materials and report discrepancies.
Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
