Job summary

Utz Brands, Inc. is expanding into a new warehouse and seeking a Distribution Clerk-Wave Planner to join a 4-shift operation. You will create and manage wave plans in Blue Yonder WMS, prioritize orders, and collaborate with shipping teams to ensure accurate fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with warehouse management systems, preferably Blue Yonder.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics best practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage wave plans in Blue Yonder WMS to optimize order picking and shipping.
• Monitor and prioritize orders based on customer requirements, inventory levels, and shipping schedules.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors, inventory control, and shipping teams to execute wave plans.
• Track and analyze KPIs related to wave planning and order fulfillment for improvement opportunities.
• Resolve issues related to wave planning, order picking, and shipping.
• Maintain and update WMS configurations to support efficient wave planning processes.
• Scan and upload shipping documents in TMS from the previous day.
• Check-in all incoming drivers in Blue Yonder to confirm load details.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
