Plexus Corp. is hiring a Production Operator III - Wave Operator for the first shift in Buffalo Grove, IL. The role focuses on higher complexity manufacturing and adherence to factory guidelines, with ownership of assigned tasks and process documentation.

You will operate tools and processes, follow standard work, maintain records, and participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 5 years of related experience in electronics production/manufacturing preferred.
• Good oral and written communication skills.

Mansioni

• Operates tools/equipment/processes per provided instructions and based on experience with limited guidance.
• Assists in creating instructions when none are available.
• Maintains standard work, quality policies, and customer specifications; communicates with supervisors and escalates issues as needed.
• Keeps accurate timekeeping, records, labor tracking, inventory, process documentation, scrap and quality records.
• Supports continuous improvement and safety initiatives to improve quality and efficiency; contributes novel solutions.
