Job summary

Flex is seeking a manufacturing operator in Austin, TX to set up and run a wave solder machine, adjust speed and temperature, and ensure smooth production. You will monitor inputs, load materials, and align product variations to keep lines flowing efficiently.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting machine faults, performing preventative maintenance, operating auxiliary equipment, and entering data into the shop floor control system.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a wave solder machine.
• Ability to adjust speed and temperature for varying products.
• Capable of basic maintenance and fault troubleshooting.
