Chamberlin Roofing & Waterproofing is seeking a full-time crew member in McAllen, TX to assist with waterproofing installation and related duties. You will transport materials, operate safely, and contribute to project success in outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to lift at least 50lbs.
• Must be able to work outside in changing weather conditions.
• Must be able to work in elevated locations.
• Must be able to work at least 40 hours per week and overtime when necessary.
• Must be able to pass a "fit for duty" exam (lifting, bending, climbing, squatting, etc.).
• Must have reliable transportation to get to differing job locations.
• Must be looking for full time employment with a desire to advance within the company.

Responsibilities

• Assist with and perform general installation and related responsibilities correctly, safely and timely for the divisional operation for which you are working: Waterproofing
• Transport materials, equipment and rigging during projects
• Promote Chamberlin's Safety Program and use safe work practices
• Learn and understand Chamberlin's core values of safety, quality and teamwork
• Work independently and as a team member on projects as your abilities allow and as assigned
• As skills increase, help train other team members
• Other tasks as may be assigned by supervisor
