Job summary

Chamberlin Roofing & Waterproofing is seeking a full-time installation helper in Austin, TX. You will assist with general installation tasks, transport materials, and promote a strong safety program on job sites.

The role requires 18+, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. You must be able to work outdoors in varying weather and in elevated locations, with overtime as needed. This position offers a path for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to lift at least 50lbs.
• Must be able to work outside in changing weather conditions.
• Must be able to work in elevated locations.
• Must be able to work at least 40 hours per week and overtime when necessary.
• Must be able to pass a “fit for duty” exam (lifting, bending, climbing, squatting, etc.).
• Must have reliable transportation to get to differing job locations.
• Must be looking for full time employment with a desire to advance within the company.

Responsibilities

• Assist with and perform general installation and related responsibilities correctly, safely and timely for the divisional operation for which you are working: Service
• Transport materials, equipment and rigging during projects
• Promote Chamberlin’s Safety Program and use safe work practices
• Learn and understand Chamberlin’s core values of safety, quality and teamwork
• Work independently and as a team member on projects as your abilities allow and as assigned
• As skills increase, help train other team members
• Other tasks as may be assigned by supervisor
