Job summary

Chamberlin Roofing & Waterproofing is seeking a full-time installer to support roofing projects in the McAllen, TX area. You will assist with installation, transport materials, and uphold the company’s safety standards while contributing to a team focused on safety, quality and teamwork.

The role requires the ability to work outdoors in varying weather and lift up to 50 lbs, with opportunities to advance as skills grow, including training other team members.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, roofing, waterproofing or sheet metal preferred.
• Must be able to lift at least 50lbs and work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general installation and related duties for Roofing division, safely and timely.
• Transport materials, equipment and rigging during projects.
• Promote the company safety program and safe work practices.
• Learn and uphold Chamberlin's core values of safety, quality and teamwork.
• Work independently and as part of a team on projects; train others as skills grow.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
