Job summary

Interstate Premier is seeking a motivated Waterproofing Technician to join a growing building restoration team in the Suburban Philadelphia region. You will work on exterior restoration projects, applying coatings and performing repairs with a focus on quality craftsmanship and safety.

We offer hands-on training, year-round, full-time work with opportunities for career advancement into Lead Technician roles, overtime, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience with exterior building sealants (caulking).
• Background in waterproofing and surface protection work.
• Experience with masonry restoration and concrete repair.

Responsibilities

• Install and replace exterior sealants and expansion joints.
• Perform commercial waterproofing and weatherproofing repairs.
• Apply facade coatings and protective coatings to concrete, masonry, and other surfaces.
• Complete concrete repair and restoration work.
• Perform masonry repairs including brick, block, and mortar restoration.
• Operate power tools and restoration equipment safely.
• Work from lifts, scaffolding, and ladders following safety procedures.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and meet project schedules.

We are seeking a motivated Waterproofing Technician to join our team performing commercial building restoration throughout the Suburban Philadelphia region. If you have experience working on building exteriors and take pride in quality craftsmanship and safety, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Install and replace exterior building sealants and expansion joints
• Perform commercial waterproofing and weatherproofing repairs
• Apply facade coatings and protective coatings to concrete, masonry, and other building surfaces
• Complete concrete repair and restoration work
• Perform masonry repairs including brick, block, and mortar restoration
• Safely operate power tools and restoration equipment
• Work from aerial lifts, swing stages, scaffolding, and ladders while following all safety procedures
• Maintain high-quality workmanship while meeting project schedules

Requirements

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Experience in one or more of the following:

• Exterior building sealants (caulking)
• Waterproofing
• Masonry restoration
• Concrete repair
• Facade coatings or commercial painting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating aerial lifts (Boom Lift, Scissor Lift)
• Suspended scaffold (Swing Stage) experience
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
• Experience with commercial restoration or high-rise buildings

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs independently and ability to bend.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors.
• Comfortable working at heights
• Extensive standing and walking.
