Job summary

Cache Roofing and Waterproofing is seeking a Waterproofer/Roofer to join our team in Jacksonville. The primary focus is the installation and maintenance of waterproofing systems, including Pli-Dek, Con-Dek, and Miracote.

Applicants should have 2+ years of roofing and/or waterproofing experience; hands-on experience with waterproofing systems is strongly preferred. Training will be provided for the right candidate, and safety is a priority on every job site.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of roofing and/or waterproofing experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with waterproofing systems strongly preferred.
• Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain waterproofing systems on roofs, decks, foundations and other structures.
• Prepare and inspect surfaces prior to waterproofing application.
• Identify leaks, wear, damage, or hazards and recommend repairs.
• Follow safety protocols and use tools safely on site.
• Coordinate with foremen and team members to complete jobs on time.
