Tiello is seeking a Waterproofing Project Manager in Raleigh, NC to oversee commercial waterproofing, restoration, and exterior building envelope projects. You will manage contracts from award to completion, coordinate subcontractors and vendors, and maintain client relationships while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience managing waterproofing, restoration, or exterior envelope projects.
• Strong reading of blueprints, drawings, specs, and scopes of work.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial waterproofing and building envelope projects from contract award through completion.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, vendors, and material coordination.
• Coordinate daily project activities to ensure work is completed efficiently and according to specifications.
• Communicate progress with clients, property managers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Review plans, specifications, scopes of work, and contract documents.
• Monitor costs, timelines, productivity, and overall performance.
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and safety compliance.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
