Job summary

Chamberlin Roofing & Waterproofing seeks an experienced waterproofing foreman to lead teams on commercial projects in the Austin area. You will oversee waterproofing work, read blueprints, and ensure safety and quality on site.

The role requires 3+ years in waterproofing, strong leadership, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather. This full-time position offers long-term career growth with a trusted local contractor.

Qualifications

• At least three years of waterproofing experience, preferably in a commercial setting.
• English speaking; bilingual preferred.
• Able to read, understand and follow blueprints and construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Work independently and direct Tech I and Tech II who assist Craftsman on projects.
• Promote and actively participate in Chamberlin’s Safety Program and use safe work practices.
• Demonstrate and promote Chamberlin’s core values of safety, quality and teamwork.
• Help in the training and development of Technicians.
• Ability and commitment to deliver high-quality workmanship within the specified skill set.

Experience:

At least three years of experience in Waterproofing, preferably in a commercial application.

Skills:

• Advanced knowledge and ability to demonstrate a proficient skill level for waterproofing
• English speaking, bilingual preferred
• Able to read, understand and follow blueprints and construction documents

Abilities/Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to work independently and lead by example on work projects
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
• Must be able to work outside in changing weather conditions
• Must be able to work in elevated locations
• Must be able to work at least 40 hours per week and overtime when necessary
• Must have reliable transportation to get to different job locations
• Must be looking for full time employment with a desire to have a long term career with Chamberlin

Education Required:

High school diploma or GED encouraged but not required, safety certifications
