Job summary

Sealing Agents of ATL in Pittsburgh is seeking a waterproofing laborer/installer to join the team. You will work hands-on at job sites, installing waterproofing systems and supporting foundation and structural protection work.

The role requires physical fitness, reliability, and willingness to learn waterproofing techniques. Valid driver's license is required; overtime and weekend work may be needed. Competitive pay starts at $20/hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physically demanding work (standing, lifting heavy materials).
• Willingness to learn waterproofing techniques and systems.
• Prior construction, waterproofing, or general labor experience is a plus but not required.
• Team-oriented with good communication and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of waterproofing systems (membranes, coatings, drainage materials, sealants).
• Perform general labor tasks (digging, lifting, carrying materials, site prep).
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.

We are looking for Waterproofing Laborers / Material Installers to join our Pittsburgh team. In this role, you'll work hands‑on at job sites installing waterproofing systems and supporting critical foundation and structural protection work.
