Job summary

Boyne Mountain Resort is seeking a Waterpark Maintenance Technician to oversee all mechanical operations of the waterpark, including water quality and air quality, ensuring safe and enjoyable experiences for guests.

The role involves balancing chemical levels, monitoring HVAC and pool systems, and assisting with facility and pool maintenance, while collaborating with maintenance staff on park projects. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Balance water chemical levels and maintain proper chemical supply.
• Monitor pool and HVAC computer systems daily.
• Perform manual water checks.
• Maintain proper overall function of waterpark equipment.
• Assist with waterpark facility, slide/pool maintenance, and pool cleaning.
• Work with Mountain Grand Lodge and Boyne Mountain maintenance staff on waterpark projects.
• Maintain proper air environment within the waterpark.
• Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.

Responsibilities

The Waterpark Maintenance Technician\'s typical job functions include:

• Balance water chemical levels and maintain proper supply of chemicals
• Monitor pool and HVAC computer systems daily
• Perform manual water checks
• Maintain proper overall function of waterpark equipment
• Assist with waterpark facility, slide/pool maintenance, and pool cleaning
• Work with Mountain Grand Lodge and Boyne Mountain maintenance staff on waterpark specific projects
• Maintain proper air environment within the waterpark
• Recognize maintenance issues within the park that need to be taken care of and follow up when completed
• Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules
• Assist waterpark staff in daily operations as needed
