Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Waterpark Maintenance Supervisor to oversee waterpark operations, lead maintenance teams, and ensure safety and guest satisfaction at our resort complex in Sandusky, OH. You will manage ride inspections, preventive maintenance, and documentation to keep our attractions safe and engaging for guests.

The role emphasizes a caring, service-oriented culture with strong leadership to support associates and deliver exceptional experiences across all resort

Qualifications

• Certified pool operator certification preferred.
• Knowledge of ride maintenance schedules, and repairs.
• Knowledge of air conditioning/heating systems, plumbing, building and all facility maintenance and management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all waterpark rides are inspected daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.
• Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an organized and timely manner such as licenses, state forms, and maintenance logs.
