Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is hiring a Lifeguard to supervise swimmers and guests, respond to emergencies, and help everyone enjoy a safe waterpark experience. Training is provided, and roles include full-time, part-time, and flexible scheduling for those aged 16+ (15+ in select locations).

Qualifications

• No experience required, training provided
• Must be at least 16 years of age (15 in some locations/aquatics roles)
• Ability and willingness to achieve Certification in First Aid, CPR and Ellis & Associates Lifeguard Training
• Successful completions of criminal background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Supervises and provides surveillance of swimmers and guests during park hours
• Responds to emergency situations in assigned zone
• Assists in communicating emergency situations outside of assigned zone
• Administers and coordinates emergency first aid as necessary
• Enforces the rules and regulations of the waterpark
• Advises aquatics management of unsafe and unsanitary conditions
• Provides superior customer service to all guests
• Performs daily routine chores and maintenance of waterpark
• Performs within Ellis Certification standards
