Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is seeking a Lifeguard to supervise swimmers and guests, respond to emergencies, and enforce waterpark safety during park hours. The role emphasizes fast, calm action and excellent guest service at our family-friendly resort.

Pay starts at $19.50 per hour with full-time, part-time, and flexible scheduling options. No prior experience is required as training is provided, and employees have access to wellness programs and university-style training resources.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Willingness to achieve First Aid, CPR and Ellis & Associates Lifeguard Training certifications.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and provides surveillance of swimmers and guests during park hours, events, and training.
• Responds to emergencies in assigned zone and communicates as needed.
• Administers and coordinates first aid as necessary.
• Enforces waterpark rules and safety regulations.
• Provides excellent guest service and maintains a neat waterpark environment.
