Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is hiring lifeguards to supervise waterpark areas, ensure guest safety, and respond to emergencies. Training is provided on the job, with a focus on first aid, CPR, and Ellis & Associates standards. Flexible scheduling includes full-time, part-time, and shifts suitable for students.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age; lifeguards may require 15+ in some locations
• Ability and willingness to achieve First Aid, CPR and Ellis & Associates Lifeguard Training
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide surveillance of swimmers and guests during park hours and events
• Respond to emergency situations in assigned zone
• Administer and coordinate emergency first aid as necessary
• Enforce waterpark rules and safety regulations
• Advise aquatics management of unsafe or unsanitary conditions
• Provide courteous, efficient service to all guests and assist with daily waterpark maintenance
