Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge in the United States is seeking Lifeguards to supervise swimmers, monitor park areas, and respond quickly to emergencies while maintaining a friendly, safety-first environment.

This role requires a minimum age of 16, on-site work, and completion of First Aid, CPR, and Ellis Lifeguard training. Flexible scheduling and competitive hourly pay are offered, with opportunities for development through Great Wolf University.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Be willing to achieve First Aid, CPR and Ellis Lifeguard Training.
• Successful background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Supervise swimmers and guests during park hours and events.
• Respond to emergency situations in assigned zone.
• Communicate emergencies outside of zone when needed.
• Administer and coordinate first aid as necessary.
• Enforce waterpark rules and safety procedures.
• Inform aquatics management of unsafe or unsanitary conditions.
• Provide courteous, rapid customer service to guests.
• Maintain clean, orderly waterpark areas.
• Operate in line with Ellis Certification standards.
