Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is hiring a Lifeguard to supervise swimmers, respond to emergencies, and enforce safety rules across our waterpark attractions. No prior experience required; training is provided, and you must be at least 16 years old (15 for some locations).

We offer flexible scheduling including full-time, part-time, and flexible shifts. The role requires certifications in First Aid, CPR, and Ellis Lifeguard Training, plus successful background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• No experience required, training provided
• Must be at least 16 years of age (15 for some lifeguard roles)
• Willingness to obtain/maintain First Aid, CPR and Ellis Lifeguard certifications
• Successful background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Supervise swimmers and guests during park hours and events
• Respond to emergencies in assigned zone and coordinate with staff
• Administer and coordinate first aid as needed
• Enforce waterpark rules and maintain safety standards
• Provide excellent customer service and assist guests promptly
• Maintain waterpark cleanliness and daily upkeep
• Operate within Ellis Certification standards
