Job summary

SEAWORLD PARKS & ENTERTAINMENT in Orlando is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform filter, pump, valve, and piping maintenance for park life support systems. You will conduct water chemistry testing and keep detailed shift records while ensuring safety and cleanliness.

The role requires at least 1 year of aquatics experience, basic math, and the ability to work flexible schedules including opening/closing shifts. Certification or eligibility for CPO/AFO is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in CPO or AFO is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year operational experience in aquatic life support or water treatment.

Responsibilities

• Perform filter, pump, valve, and piping maintenance and repairs.
• Recognize normal system operations and participate in preventative maintenance.
• Maintain water systems and conduct chemistry testing.
• Keep shift activity records and communicate effectively with team.
