Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Wisconsin Dells is seeking a Waterpark Cabana Server to deliver friendly, responsive beverage and dining service for guests in a vibrant resort environment.

The role requires at least 1 year of front-of-the-house experience, strong guest focus, and the ability to read and follow orders and menus. This hospitality position offers on-site work with opportunities for growth within our family-owned resort network.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Alcohol awareness/safety certificate may be required.
• Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• General food and beverage knowledge with at least 1 year of front-of-the-house operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests feel welcome with responsive, friendly service.
• Greet guests, inform about specials, provide menu tours, and recommend items.
• Take and relay food & beverage orders via POS, noting dietary needs.
• Deliver orders with trays and appropriate condiments to guests in a timely manner.
• Follow safe food handling procedures to ensure guest safety.
