Job summary

Sandcastle is seeking an Aquatics Maintenance Technician to ensure safe operation of water park rides and pools. You will perform repairs, coordinate preventative maintenance, and monitor water quality in a fast-paced aquatic setting.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, 2+ years in maintenance, and knowledge of water chemistry, pumps, and motors. English fluency is required; Spanish is a plus. This is a full-time on-site position in Texas.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; related experience considered.
• 2+ years maintenance or mechanical experience preferred.
• 1-2 years aquatics facility experience preferred.
• Knowledge of water chemistry, pumps, and motors highly desired.
• Fluent English; Spanish or other bilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on rides and equipment.
• Inspect waterslides and pools daily for safety and performance.
• Balance water chemistry to meet health codes.
• Respond to trouble calls and diagnose mechanical issues.
• Maintain clean, safe facilities and document work orders.
