ServiceMaster Restore is seeking a restoration technician to monitor and complete water restoration and mold remediation tasks, ensuring proper drying, demolition, and documentation for insurance reimbursement. You will explain processes to customers and maintain quality control on every job site.
Responsibilities include loading equipment, following drying plans, communicating with customers, and preparing photos and reports in line with company policies.
Monitors, inspects and completes tasks for Water Restoration and/or Mold Remediation jobs to ensure completion of drying, demolition and various restoration activities. Prepare and review documentation to include notes, photos and documents according to company policies and procedures to ensure reimbursement from insurance companies. Explains processes used to complete active jobs and next steps to resolution in person to customers.
