Crane Currency is seeking a Watermark Technician Trainee in Dalton, MA to join our manufacturing team. You will work on watermarking processes, learn milling equipment handling, and support production with a focus on detail and quality.

The role is a first-step trainee position with training while maintaining current pay rate, and opportunities for advancement within a fast-growing company known for currency technology.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic knowledge or ability to learn mechanical properties of mill equipment.
• Basic knowledge or ability to learn the paper making process and MS Office software.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the manufacturing floor.
• Assist with continuous improvement projects to increase site efficiency.
• Learn watermarked security paper processes and support production teams.
