Job summary

AccuTrex Products, Inc. in Canonsburg, PA is seeking a Waterjet Operator for swing shifts. You will set up, load/unload, and run high-pressure waterjet equipment, interpreting drawings and tolerances to ensure tight specifications.

Must have CAD programming experience and strong blueprint reading skills. Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, and indicators is required, along with forklift experience and the ability to lift up to 55 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-pressure waterjet equipment and perform machine setup.
• Load and unload materials, set offsets, and deburr parts.
• Conduct quality inspections and interpret mechanical drawings.
• Maintain production rates and monitor for equipment malfunctions.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance and document activity.
• Communicate with production and quality teams to ensure smooth shift transitions.
