ORBIS Inc. seeks a Waterfront Ship Manager Representative to provide on-site support for US Navy surface ship modernizations, coordinating yard access, work plans, and test procedures across CONUS and OCONUS locations.

You will manage schedules, track material delivery, coordinate installation efforts, and produce weekly status reports on waterfront activities, SPIR data, and INCO spares, ensuring safety and regulatory conformance.

Formación

• Minimum ten years of experience providing technical support for U.S. Navy HM&E with emphasis on navigation systems.
• Seven years of fleet support, installations, testing, troubleshooting, equipment assessments, and acceptance testing.
• Familiarity with NAVSEA, ship/Carrier fleet organizations, and SCD/Fielding Plan concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Provide updates for each ship undergoing modernization.
• Coordinate material delivery and verify LOA requirements; track missing material.
• Produce weekly waterfront status reports covering test procedures and onsite dates.
• Coordinate shipyard test support; manage SPIR data entry and weekly SPIR status reports.
• Oversee INCO spares distribution and weekly INCO status reports.
• Coordinate power coordination and tag in/tag out activities for safety and work readiness.
