Islander 71 Fish House & Raw Bar on Charleston's waterfront is seeking experienced servers to join a high-energy team. You will deliver attentive, knowledgeable service and help create memorable guest experiences in a lively coastal setting.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a server role at a high-volume or upscale casual restaurant.
• Strong communication, multitasking and guest service skills.
• Reliable, punctual and proactive with attention to detail.
• Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting and can work nights/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service throughout the guest experience.
• Take accurate food and beverages orders and communicate with kitchen and bar teams.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly, with presentation and guest satisfaction in mind.
• Anticipate guest needs, resolve issues professionally, and exceed expectations.
