Islander 71 Fish House & Raw Bar is hiring experienced servers to join its high-energy team on Isle of Palms, SC. You will provide attentive service, take precise orders, and communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires 2-3 years of high-volume restaurant experience, reliability, and a positive, proactive attitude. Expect to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with strong earning potential and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience as a server in a high-volume or upscale casual restaurant.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and guest service skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and proactive with excellent attention to detail.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service throughout the guest experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure seamless communication with the kitchen and bar teams
• Deliver food and drinks promptly, with precision and care for presentation and guest satisfaction
• Anticipate guest needs, resolve issues professionally, and ensure each visit exceeds expectations
