Islander 71 Fish House & Raw Bar in Charleston is seeking experienced servers to join our high-energy team and deliver best-in-class hospitality along the waterfront. Located at the Islander 71 Marina, we offer a vibrant, upscale casual environment with live music and boat-up access.

As part of the Islander 71 family you will provide attentive service, take accurate orders, coordinate with kitchen and bar, and help maintain a clean, safe, guest-focused operation during busy shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a server in a high-volume or upscale casual restaurant
• Strong communication, multitasking, and guest service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and proactive with excellent attention to detail
• Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-energy setting
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service throughout the guest experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure seamless communication with the kitchen and bar teams
• Deliver food and drinks promptly, with precision and care for presentation and guest satisfaction
• Anticipate guest needs, resolve issues professionally, and ensure each visit exceeds expectations
• Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to contribute to a smooth, positive shift
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain smooth operations during high-volume service
