Job summary

Summerset Marine Construction is seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic plans to promote our brand, products, and services across Wisconsin. This role focuses on expanding our customer base as the largest piers and lifts dealer in the region.

You will lead digital marketing, traditional outreach, and sales enablement while collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify markets and optimize campaigns for maximum impact. Strong analytics and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in marine or related field.
Proven track record of multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, events).
Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
Excellent written and verbal communication for messaging and presentations.
Proficiency with CMS, email marketing software, social media tools, and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
