Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide proper documentation.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Must possess or obtain a Boater’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintains clean, presentable rental boats and dock areas.
• Performs weekly safety checks on boats and equipment.
• Instructs guests on safe boat operation and required safety procedures.
• Assists boaters with docking for fuel and pump-outs.
• Guides vessels safely in and out of the dock.
