Brunswick Corporation and Freedom Boat Club seek friendly, upbeat individuals to join the dock operations team. The role is part-time, with availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays, welcoming guests and assisting with check-in/out on handheld tablets near the water.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication and customer service skills. This position requires outdoor work, physical activity, and adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Background check and drug screen required.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• High school diploma required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stay calm during high activity periods.
• Cooperative attitude and ability to work unsupervised.
• Ability to read and manipulate handheld tablets.
• Adherence to all safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge guests per standards.
• Anticipate and address guests' service needs.
• Manage check-in/check-out on handheld tablet.
• Perform equipment checks and ensure vessels are functional.
• Maintain vessels and Club location per standards.
• Daily clerical tasks for reservations, fuel logs, and weather reports.
• Know local waters to guide members.
