Job summary

Queenstown Harbor Golf Resort is seeking a part-time bartender to join our front-of-house team. The role focuses on serving high-quality beverages in a fast-paced waterfront golf course setting and delivering exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

Previous bartending experience required.
Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
TIPS/ServSafe Alcohol certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards.
Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to all guests.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
Accurately process orders and payments through the POS system.
Verify guest age and ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws.
Collaborate with servers and management to ensure smooth service flow.
Monitor guest consumption and promote responsible service.
Complete opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned.
