Job summary

Queenstown Harbor Golf Resort is seeking an energetic and dependable Barback to join our Food & Beverage team. You will support bartenders by stocking supplies, maintaining clean bar areas, and assisting with inventory during service.

This role offers growth opportunities within VIVÂMEE Hospitality, employee dining and discounts, and access to premier golf resort experiences for staff. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required to deliver outstanding guest service.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays and events.
• Stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Stock and replenish liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary bar areas.
• Prepare garnishes, juices, and beverage ingredients.
• Change kegs and assist with inventory management.
• Remove trash and recyclables from bar stations.
• Wash and polish glassware.
• Support bartenders during peak service periods.
• Follow food safety and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality and guest service.

Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dependable Barback to join our Food & Beverage team. As part of our hospitality organization, you will support restaurant and bar operations within our resort and hotel properties by ensuring bartenders have the supplies, inventory, and support necessary to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
