Job summary

Gemini Industries, Inc. in El Reno, OK is seeking a Waterborne Associate to fill products into containers according to batch tickets, monitor fill levels, and maintain clean processes. You will read tickets, choose correct containers, operate a forklift, and report data into the ERP system, while following safety rules.

The position is day shift, safety sensitive, with a 6% 401K match, paid vacation, parental leave, and growth opportunities. A high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read batch tickets and select appropriate containers
• Understand fill levels and fill accurately
• Fill floor batches (gravity fill, floor tub and pump)
• Clean tubs and prevent residue transfer
• Complete pour from start to finish
• Print batch stickers and interpret their meaning
• Understand QC checks for each batch
• Count finished containers and enter data into ERP
• Handle still and hazardous waste per guidelines
• Forklift movement of finished product
• Follow OSHA safety rules and keep areas clean
• Work as part of a team or alone
• Collaborate with employee owners to maximize productivity
• Maintain a positive attitude and report for shifts on time
