Kopecky Well Drilling Inc. is seeking a Pump Installation and Service Technician Assistant to join our Michigan team.

This role offers hands-on support in installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing water well pumping systems in residential, agricultural, and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, dependable work ethic, and the ability to work safely outdoors with a team to complete projects efficiently and safely.

Responsabilités

• Assist with the installation and replacement of residential, agricultural, and commercial water well pumping systems.
• Support troubleshooting, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of pumps and related equipment.
• Operate tools, equipment, and machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
• Assist in loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment to job sites.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices.
• Work effectively as part of a team to complete projects in a timely manner.
