Job summary

Parkhill seeks a Treatment Practice Leader to drive business growth in water and wastewater treatment across the Dallas-Fort Worth market. The role emphasizes technical leadership, project delivery, and active client engagement with strong regional impact.

You will lead opportunities, develop region-specific BD plans, and build enduring client partnerships while representing the firm at key meetings and conferences in North Texas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Texas required; ability to obtain licensure in New Mexico and Oklahoma
• 10 years of experience specializing in either water resources and/or water/wastewater treatment
• Proven business development experience, including pursuing clients, preparing proposals, and managing relationships
• Experience working with state, regional, and local public agencies—including municipalities, water districts, river authorities, counties, and other state entities—as well as state and federal funding agencies

Responsibilities
