Job summary

Qualifications

• One year on-the-job experience as a water or wastewater treatment operator.
• Current NDEP Water Treatment Operator Grade T-2 (preferably T-4) or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Current NDEP Wastewater Operator Grade 1 (preferably Grade 3) or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain daily operations of the water and wastewater treatment facilities.
• Perform routine chemical laboratory analyses and report accurate results.
• Install, calibrate, and train personnel on new processes and equipment.
