Ideal candidates have extensive field experience as operators/supervisors, with familiarity with Maryland licensing requirements and a willingness to travel to training sites. This pool holds open until filled.

Qualifications

• Extensive professional experience required.
• Subject matter/content expertise in water and wastewater plant operations.
• Familiar with Maryland licensing and education requirements for water and/or wastewater operators.
• Capable of customizing or developing course materials.
• Enthusiasm and passion for student learning.
• Ability to respond to the needs of participants using a variety of teaching methods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver site-specific training and instruction in water and wastewater operations.
• Develop and customize course materials for each offering.
• Assess participant needs and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
• Travel to training sites as required.
