You will perform routine maintenance, diagnose equipment failures, inspect lift stations, and ensure safe operation of critical water systems.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• OSHA safety training is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience operating large machinery (backhoes, trenchers, large lawn equipment) preferred.

Aufgaben

• Perform routine scheduled maintenance at assigned facilities.
• Assess problems and diagnose equipment failures.
• Check the condition of lift stations as needed.
• Pull motors and pumps for maintenance.
• Flush fire hydrants and flush-outs for water quality control.
• Inspect and operate gate valves.
• Locate and mark distribution system facilities.
• Install, relocate, and adjust meter boxes and valve cans.
• Exterior maintenance of grounds and buildings including lawn and landscaping.
• Assist with water and wastewater line repairs and other duties as assigned.
