David Evans and Associates, Inc. is seeking a Water / Wastewater (& Stormwater) Infrastructure Group Leader in Salt Lake City, UT to lead and grow municipal potable water, stormwater, and wastewater programs, while guiding project managers and technical staff.

The role emphasizes staffing, utilization, technical excellence, business development, and delivering high‑quality infrastructure solutions for public agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Assess current and future technical capabilities within the group and develop strategies to address gaps.
• Identify and develop future project managers, technical leaders, and team leaders.
• Lead utilization planning, workforce forecasting, recruiting, onboarding, retention, coaching, and career development efforts.
• Lead client relationships and overall client experience while expanding business opportunities.
• Support pursuits, capture planning, proposal strategies, and strategic teaming efforts.
• Coordinate staffing assignments and resource allocation across multiple projects and project managers.
• Provide technical leadership and oversight for municipal potable water, stormwater, wastewater, and recycled water infrastructure projects.
