Job summary

Halff Associates, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Water/Wastewater Senior Project Manager in our Fayetteville, AR location. The successful candidate will oversee complex projects, keep them on schedule and within budget, and lead technical staff while cultivating strong client relationships.

This role offers a hybrid work schedule with in-office collaboration and remote flexibility, and a relocation bonus is provided for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in engineering, preferably civil, biological, or environmental.
• Licensed PE, preferably in Arkansas or able to obtain within 6 months.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience supporting Water/Wastewater utility projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex water/wastewater projects to ensure schedule and budget compliance.
• Lead technical staff and foster strong client relationships.
• Coordinate multi-discipline teams and subconsultants to deliver project deliverables.
• Manage QA/QC and support permitting efforts and construction administration.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and regulatory agencies.
