Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) is seeking a Water/Wastewater Senior Project Engineer/Manager to help expand the water/wastewater practice serving municipal and private clients.

You will lead project teams from concept through construction and mentor junior staff on design, system layout, and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate on pursuits and proposals and actively network to develop clients, while directing engineers and sub-consultants and ensuring quality control

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater projects.
• BS in Civil Engineering.
• Arizona Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
• Strong communication and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to lead and manage projects from concept through construction.

Job description

As a Water/Wastewater Senior Project Engineer/Manager for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC), you'll assist with expanding the water/wastewater practice serving clients in municipal and private markets. Responsibilities include managing project teams to deliver water and wastewater infrastructure projects and directing and mentoring junior staff to educate them on design, system layout, project integration, and regulatory requirements. You will also be a key collaborator on project pursuits and proposal development and will take an active role in networking and client development.
