The role requires a 4-year degree, 5+ years of multi-million dollar project experience in water or industrial plants, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year engineering or construction management degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing construction of multi-million dollar water, wastewater or industrial plants.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, and ability to manage budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all project activities and ensure performance to corporate policy.
• Direct supervision of field staff including Superintendents and Engineers to meet schedule and budget.
• Manage Job Profit and Loss and coordinate equipment, subcontractors, and materials.
• Develop and implement two-week work schedules and staff planning.
• Review CPM schedule and site safety policies; enforce safe practices on site.
• Communicate with owner, engineers, and owners reps; resolve disputes and changes.
• Monitor timecards and job cost reporting; approve purchases.
