Job summary

Filanc, an award-winning engineering and construction firm, seeks a Project Manager for Collaborative Delivery to pursue and execute major water and wastewater projects in the Western United States. You will lead cross-functional pursuits, integrate engineering partners, subcontractors and staff, and manage client relationships throughout pre-construction and construction phases.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental, mechanical or related engineering discipline.
California PE license required; DBIA certification or commitment to obtain within 12 months is preferred.
10+ years’ experience leading teams to design water and wastewater infrastructure and unit processes.

Responsibilities

Lead business development activities, establishing owner relationships and pre-selling collaborative delivery projects.
Guide technical aspects of proposals and coordinate client interviews and procurement workshops.
Coordinate with engineering partners, subcontractors, vendors, and Filanc staff to align project goals.
Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules; review documents and GMP implications.
