Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design seeks a Project Manager to oversee the design and delivery of water and wastewater projects. You will guide multi-discipline teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and ensure quality across deliverables for clients and internal management.

Ideal candidates bring 8–10+ years of civil/environmental engineering experience with water/wastewater focus, PE license, and strong communication and business development skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in environmental or civil engineering.
• PE license required.
• 8–10+ years in civil/environmental engineering with water/wastewater focus.
• Experience with permitting processes in NC.
• Experience with AutoCAD and OpenRoads preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the design of complex, multi-discipline projects.
• Coordinate project management principles with other disciplines.
• Prepare work plans and labor budgets for department approvals.
• Monitor schedules and capital costs to satisfy clients and control productivity.
• Ensure quality control/assurance on all projects.
• Lead client relationships and contribute to proposals and business development.
