Job summary

CPH in Sanford, FL seeks an experienced Project Manager - Water/Wastewater to oversee week-to-week execution of projects, manage scope, schedule, budget and quality. You serve as the primary client contact and coordinate with a production team and subcontractors.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering, professional licensure, 4+ years in A/E/C, and proficiency with project controls and tools like Smartsheet and Power BI. On-site with a focus on safety and QA/QC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required. Master’s degree preferred.
• Active professional licensure (e.g., P.E., RA, P.S.M.)
• Minimum 4+ years of progressive experience in A/E/C.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Lead project production and client updates.
• Develop and maintain project plans (scope, schedule, budget).
• Manage EWAs, scope changes and fees with clients.
• Track labor, costs and schedule milestones weekly.
• Coach and mentor the project team and ensure QA/QC.
