Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. in Parsippany, NJ seeks a Water Resources Project Manager to lead full lifecycle projects in water and wastewater utilities—treatment facilities, pumping stations, force mains, and distribution systems.

You will manage scope, schedule, and budgets while directing design teams to deliver drawings, specs, and contract documents. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in a consulting environment, a NJ PE license (or ability to obtain licensure by comity), hands-on design

Qualifications

• 8+ years in water/wastewater in a consulting environment.
• Hands-on design authorship: drawings, specs, BOD reports, permits.
• Knowledge of NJDEP permitting and NJ regulations.
• Experience managing client relationships and writing fee proposals.
• Ability to coordinate funding with state programs.

Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle PM on water and wastewater projects from planning through construction.
• Scope, schedule, and budget administration; proposal development.
• Direct design team on drawings, specs, and contract documents.
• Regulatory coordination with NJDEP and permits management.
• Maintain client relationships and coordinate funding with programs.
