Overview

Ardurra is seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Manager to join our Central Region team in Corpus Christi, TX. We are a multidisciplinary civil engineering services firm providing tailored solutions to public and private sector clients, leveraging professional expertise to deliver innovative infrastructure projects that positively impact communities.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage budgets and schedules for multiple water/wastewater projects, including treatment plants.
• Serve as the Engineer of Record and technical lead for projects.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules, and negotiate revisions as needed.
• Coordinate and oversee project teams and allocate resources.
• Prepare and review technical specifications and cost estimates.
• Provide technical guidance to junior staff and oversee field activities.
• Assist in project pursuits and proposal development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and budgets.
• Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team.
